Before:
Create your account in one of VoIP services.
You can compare fares for your country on page and select the best service. Do not pay until successful first short test calls (limited to few calls, cut off after 60 secs only).
After the test, not earlier, you should pay 10 Euro+VAT and call for free 3 or 4 month to many countries. The ammount can be used for mobile connections and calls to other payable directions.

How to call:
Select the number from your Contacts (+48nnnnnnnnn) <--+$* an example to Poland
Options --> internet call
Troubleshooting:
All VoIP calls are international, coming from the unknown country like Internet, so you should always use "+country code" preceeding phone number.
"Number not in use" - correct the number in your contacts:
remove all spaces, separators and other characters like ()-/.
check if the number has + or 00 followed by country code at the begining
"You have diled an invalid number" - NO EMEGRENCY CALLS, You can't be localized, so nearest emergency service is unknown.
+countrycode local area code + other short numbers - you can try to extend it to standard length by filling with any digits at the end - in some cases it helps.
Feel free to share this with your friends
Have fun
